1907. Red brick with ashlar dressings and quoins. Pitched tile roof. Red brick
stacks. Stone copedgables with Jacobean-type finials. 1 storey. U-shaped plan.
Centre block with embattled parapet, 3 windows (central canted mullion and transom
window), 2 doors and lantern on ridge with copper pagoda roof. Ends of wings
have 1 bay window each with mullions, and elaborate stone cartouches over. 6
segment-headed porches with gables over. 20 mullioned casements.
