Probably C18. Cottage with attached outhouse on south. Walls part brick, part plastered,
thatched roof, brick stack. One storey and attics. Lean-to on east has concrete block
walls and corrugated iron roof. Stable door into outhouse. Ground floor has casement
windows with glazing bars. Attic has one dormer, and one window under eaves both with
lead lights. Under repair at time of survey (1981).
