House in terrace. C17. Rubble stone walls, stone slate roof, stone end stacks.
2 storeys and attic. At left end a projecting 2-storeyed porch with hipped roof.
Part-glazed C20 door in depressed 4-centred arch, Ground floor has two 3-light
and one 2-light stone mullioned windows with casements. Small low-level window
at right end. First floor has two 3-light and one 2-light stone mullioned windows.
Attic has 2 gabled dormers with plain casements. Short rear wing at right end -
former staircase tower. Rear wing at left end, largely rebuilt. Rebuilt large
open fireplace at right end. (RCHM, Monument 116. Dorset. Vol. II).
