House, part used as shop. C17 origin, dated over door 1601, altered in C18 and
C19. Rubble stone walls up to first floor, pebble dash above. Slate roof,
brick stack at right end. 2 storeys. At left end, a part-glazed C20 door in
ashlar surround. Carved medieval quatrefoil plaque over this, with date cut -
1601. At right end, a C20 part-glazed shop door, bow shop window and small flat
shop window, both with glazing bars. First floor has 2 C20 casements with lead
lights. Right of the main building an attached former outbuilding - now part of
shop. Gable end to road. One storey and attic. Bow shop window, and plain
