1/160 Deepdale Bridge

Road bridge. Probably mid-C16, widened to west and parapets rebuilt in late
C18 or early C19. Squared stone with tooled dressings and arched parapet
coping. Bridge slopes up from north to south. Single segmental arch, triple-
stepped on older east face; on west broad flanking pilasters carried up as
pedestrian refuges, and band below parapet.
