Late C18/early C19. Grey gault brick front, red brick at rear. Three storeys, two windows sashes with glazing bars, one canted French window on first floor. The ground floor has a modern shop front, and an arched doorway with rusticated stucco architrave. Cast iron balcony to first floor. The frontage on the upper floors has brick pilasters at either end and a sunk panel in the centre. Parapet, slate roof.
