Shop and offices. Circa 1870 with late C20 shopfront. Brick with stucco dressings. Roof behind
parapet. Shop on ground floor and possibly on floor above, with offices above. High Victorian
Venetian style. 4-storey 2-bay front. Round arch windows on first and second floors, first floor
with pointed tympana and depressed 2-centred arch third floor windows; all with colonnettes and
enriched arches; impost and cill bands, pilasters, corbelled cornice and arcaded parapet. Tall c1993
wooden shopfront with pilasters, consoles, cornice and plate glass shop windows.

pressings. Roof behind parapet. Shop on ground floor and possibly on floor above, with offices
above. High Victorian Venetian style. 4-storey 2-bay front. Round arch windows on first and
second floors, first floor with pointed tympana and depressed 2-centered arch third floor
windows; all with colonnettes and enriched arches; impost and cill bands, pilasters, corbelled
cornice and arcaded parapet. Tall wooden shop front with fluted pilasters, consoles, cornice and
fascia with 3-D lettering'l4.A OWEN WARD.14'. Later plate glass shop windows. Interior:
not inspected.
