Mid/Late C19. Venetian Gothic style. Grey gault brick. 3 storeys and
attic. 3 bay frontage to Trinity Street, 1 window return in Green Street.
Windows and doorway have pointed arch heads, sash windows with trefoil
heads, each window is framed by red granite half columns. Central oriel
window on the upper floors with trefoil heads. Oriel corner turret with
cornical slate roof. 2 bargeboarded attic dormers. Bracketted eaves,
slate roof. See also No 22 Green Street.
Nos 9, 10, 13 to 17 (consec) 19 to 21 (consec), 23 and 24 form a group.
