House, C17. Formerly the White Hart Inn until 1827. Two unit,
lobby entry plan with C18 addition to east with cellar. Early
C20 oriel windows to south facade. Plastered timber-frame with
thatched roof, clunch gable wall with brick band and tiled
roof. Ridge stack to left hand. One storey and attic. One
three-light thatched casement dormer window and two gabled oriel
windows. One ground floor, three-light casement window with
shutters and two doors, to left and right hand. Interior has
stop, ovolo moulded axial beams and chamfered joists. Early C17
stone fireplace with moulded four-centred head and chamfered
jambs, reused C18 panelling made from church pews. C18 addition
possibly the parlour of the inn.
