3 houses, now 2. C17 with later alterations. Rubble with sandstone and slate,
rendered, pantiled roof with brick gable stack to east. 2 storeys and
5 windows, all 2 and 3-light casements except 2 to ground floor right in canted
bay, 3 plank doors, central one with glass insertion, to right now closed, all
in moulded frames with flat slate hood on sandstone brackets. Rear has varied
windows, including one 21-pane and one 9-pane window with thick glazing bars,
gable at 1st floor to central house. Part of an important group at a
crossroads.
