House, now school. Early C19 with later alterations. Stucco, lined out,
hipped asbestos slate roof with deep eaves, large stack. 2 storeys and
3 windows, all sashes in plain reveals, central panelled and glazed door with
overlight and flat hood on slender piers, cast iron uprights for canopied
verandah to right of door and continued at right return, canopy missing at time
of survey (March 1985); attached to left and slightly set back, 2-storey wing
with ground floor sash and first floor 9-pane sash, plain reveals, parapet and
coping ramped down to left; plinth. Right return has 2 windows, all sashes as
on front. Interior: not inspected.
