Cottage, mid C17, of brick-nogged small framing partly replaced in
painted brickwork; cement-slate roof. 1½ storeys. C19 open porch on
posts with tiled gabled roof right. Rewindowed by Cholmondeley Castle
Estate mid C19 with 3 2-light cast-iron lattice casements to lower
storey and a lattice casement in inserted dormer to central bedroom;
a wood casement to each storey in right gable end, to upper storey
only in left gable end. Chimney just behind ridge.
Interior: Inglenook with oak bressumer and fire window at rear.
Chamfered oak beam with ogee stops. Stair renewed.
