4/52 Wervin Old Hall

Farmhouse. Late C17th to C18th, altered and added to. Pebbledashed,
slate roof, rendered plinth, pebbledashed stacks. 2 storeys, with 2½
storey cross wing. Lobby entrance. Main wing has 3 windows, cross
wing has one. Main wing ground floor has 2 timber casements, of 2 and
3 lights, and one canted bay. 1st floor has one 3-light casement and
two sashes with glazing bars. Projecting pebbledashed porch has tile
roof. Stud door (replaced) has arched head. Cross wing has canted
bay and 1st floor and attic sashes with glazing bars. Stacks are at
angle between cross wing and main wing, and projecting at right gable.
Interior. Beams have stop chamfers and bead mouldings. Inglenook
bressumer has multiple mouldings and continuous band of pierced
circles.
