Circa 1840 two-storey sandstone "brick" house of double pile with identical fronts to north and south. Stone slate roof with saddlestones, corniced chimneys. Three bay symmetrical fronts. Sashes in shallow reveals with thin ashlar lintels. Centre first floor window round-headed with keystone. Squared jamb doorways with doors of six moulded panels. Included for group value.
