Circa 1840-50 small 2-storey, 3 bay house. Sandstone "brick"with ashlar
dressings. Quoin pilasters. Stone slate roof with bracketed eaves. Kneelers
formed by paired consoles. Corniced chimneys. Revealed sash windows with
thin lintels, block sills. Pilastered doorway, the entablature with deep cornice
and blocking course.
