Dated 1786. A 2-storey 4 bay house with projecting wing, abutting No 17 Stockhill
Fold. Dressed sandstone "brick", rusticated ashlar quoins. Gable end stone slate
roof with corniced chimneys. Four revealed sash windows with ashlar block sills
and lintels. Platband between storeys with panel set in above doorway inscribed
C over W M 1786. Four panel door with broad squared jambs. The wing is hipped
roofed and has glazing bar sashes to east front incorporating No 13 with squared
jamb doorway.
