Construction of rear wing of Stockhill House. Circa 1786. Two-storeys, sandstone
"brick" cottage row with stone slate roofs, corniced chimneys. Sill band to
ground floor. Four light square mullion windows in squared surrounds. No 23 is
rendered with 3 light square mullion first floor windows and glazing bar sash
to ground floor. Squared jamb doorways. Rear elevations have 3 light square
mullion windows.
