Barn, now boarding kennels premises. Probably early C18 with C19 alterations.
Rubble brought to course and coursed squared stone, stone slate and C20 corrugated
sheet roof. 3 bays with outshut to front right bay. Central quoined cart-entry
with monolithic lintel and narrow light above. Mistal doorway with plain stone
surround at left end. Outshut on right has quoins, a bricked-up window and, in
left return, a plain stone surround doorway. Rear: opposing cart-entry with
monolithic lintel, part-blocked. Interior: left wall is lined with C20 brick;
one C19 Queen post roof truss, the other C20. Included for group value.
