Milestone. Early C19. Monolith with curved top, set in wall, and inscribed 'TO TODMORDEN 9 - TO HALIFAX 2¾ LUDDEDEN FOOT' and with two hands pointing directions. The Halifax to Todmorden and Burnley Turnpike Road Trust was created in 1760
