Lock. Circa 1838. Deeply coursed squared stone abutments rounded on the
north side into the banks of the River Calder and, on the south side, into a
basin or lay-by which connects by a double bridge to Calder and Hebble
Navigation, Horbury Cut. Single pair of wooden lock gates.
