Early/mid C18, altered in C19. Render lined as ashlar. Main block has double Roman
tile roof with coped verges, ashlar stack. Extension to left has shallow pitched
roof, not visible behind parapet. Two stories. Two windows to main block and to
extension: ground floor small single-storey bay with sash window, diamond lattice
glazing bars. First floor has similar sashes. Extension has 2 shallow segmental
bays, similar windows. C19 panelled door with rectangular light over, plain painted
stone surround. Parapet, plain band course over bays. Side elevation has 2- and
3-light casements at ground floor with chamfered stone surrounds and mullions.
Moulded architrave to panelled door. Rear has ovolo-moulded windows.
Interior: Fireplace with moulded depressed arch (not in original position) single
storey wing to rear with 2-light oak mullion windows, plank and batten door. At top
of modern stairs, 2 plank door, with scratch moulded edges and iron hinges: architrave
has double-ovolo moulding with run-out stop and niche; baluster screen above for
ventilation. Chamfered beams with stepped stops.
