See No 70 Rounceval Street. Late C17/early C18 terrace of 3 cottages. Rubble,
pantile roof to No 4, Double Roman tiles to Nos 2 and 3. Two storeys, 2 windows to
each cottage; 1- and 2-light casements with stone surrounds and mullions with shallow
ovolo mouldings. Flat dripmould to ground floor windows. Doors have timber lintels.
Some C20 alterations to windows.
