Formerly a barn now a cottage. Early C17, brick nogged timber frame
with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 window bays. Stone plinth. Small
framing with passing braces. Leaded casements inserted in panels,
upper windows in gabled dormers with barge boards. Framed, ledged and
battened door.
Interior: Exposed purlins with wind braces.
