Boniface's Churchyard 5m
to east

Gravestone, probably early C16. Two thick red sandstone slabs side by
side laid horizontally but carved to slope away from the butt joint
like a pitched roof. Each slab carved with a 3-step Calvary base and
Cross shaft with very high cross tree. No visible inscription apart
from the reference No.581.
