Former Lodge. Probably 1826 (same date as stable block) for the Brisco family
of Crofton Hall. Rusticated calciferous sandstone ashlar on chamfered plinth
with pilasters and moulded cornice. Graduated hipped Welsh slate roof, ashlar
chimney stacks. 1½ storeys, 2 bays. Top-glazed 4-panel door. 2-pane sash
windows in stone surrounds. C20 window to left side and rear. Forms part of a
group of 2 lodges flanking an arched gateway, formerly to Crofton Hall.
