Two shops with living accommodation. Circa early-mid C19. Stucco. Asbestos, slate hipped roof with projecting eaves over paired brackets.

Plan: double-depth plan. Two shops at the front, living rooms behind.

Exterior: two storeys. Four-window road front. Original twelve-pane hornless sashes (also at right-hand side). C19 shopfronts with wooden pilasters flanking the windows and doorways. C20 door with overlights, C20 glazing to shop windows. Moulded entablature over the shop fronts returning a short distance at the ends.
