House. C18. Rendered or stuccoed front, otherwise painted rubble. Asbestos slate roof. C20 chimney over left-hand gable end, rubble stack with brick shaft at right hand (party wall) end.

Plan: L-shaped plan. Probably double depth plan with two-rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall. Approximately at right angles behind the left-hand side is an unaltered C18 service wing.

Exterior: two-storeys. Nearly symmetrical three-window front with doorway central to fenestration. Canted bay window with hipped roof, right of doorway. Other windows probably in original openings. C20 door. All front windows are circa late C19 or early C20 four-pane horned sashes.

Interior: Not inspected.
