(Formerly listed as No 3 Fleming Place and No 1 Solway Terrace)


Mid C19 villa in stucco with chanelled rustication to ground floor and brackets
at eaves. 3 windows, band at cills, cornices on brackets, casements. 2 windows
to ground floor in moulded surrounds with moulded brackets to cornice. Rendered
porch with paired pilasters. Carved double doors, rectangular fanlight. Iron
area guard. Side elevation has 3 windows above 3, those to ground have lost
cornices. 2-storey wing with doorway.
