At Hessenford off the A387 there is an unclassified lane that runs due north along the valley of the River Seaton. Eventually this comes to the Castle Air premises just to the south of the A38. About half a mile before you reach Castle Air there is a Bridleway that crosses the River Seaton a few yards to the west. There you will find a small private development of two or three buildings, including Jopes Mill.
