House, now with shop and offices at ground floor. Circa 1800 with alterations of mid
C19 and C20. Brick, laid in Flemish bond, on granite plinth; slate roof with gable
ends and stacks removed.
Double depth plan, with rear wing to right and left; possibly originally central
entrance, with large room to right and left; the left has shop inserted in C20.
3 storeys and 5 windows, ground floor has large C20 shop front bay projecting to
left, with cornice, C20 glazing and central C20 door with overlight. To right a C20
door, and two 4-pane sashes to end right; brick band course over. First floor has
central 12-pane sash with sidelights, two 12-pane sashes to right and left, with
brick voussoirs. Second floor has central 9-pane sash with sidelights, two 9-pane
sashes to right and left.
