House. C18, probably incorporating to rear part of the Duchy Palace; front altered
mid C19 with C20 alterations. Rendered stone rubble. Asbestos slate roof with gable
ends and stacks removed.
Central entrance with principal room to front right and left; front right room
converted as shop in mid C19.
2 storeys and 3 windows, ground floor has central panelled and glazed door with
gabled hood, 4 pane sash to left, boxed shop front to right with pitched roof over
bay and 12-pane light to front with toplights. At first floor, central blind window
with 12-pane sash to right and left. Left side has C20 window at attic level.
