House. Circa 1830-40, with C20 alterations. Granite ashlar; rendered stone rubble.
Hipped slate roof with ridge tiles. Stacks to sides with brick shafts.
Plan: Double depth plan; one room to front, with the entrance to right. At the
right side there is a wide entrance to a passage leading to the rear yard. One room
to rear left.
Exterior: 3 storeys, nearly symmetrical 2-window front; all windows are of early
C19. Ground floor is in rusticated ashlar on chamfered plinth with band course; 16-
pane sash with Gothic margin glazing, voussoirs and keystone. C20 half-glazed door
to right with voussoirs and keystone. Open doorway to end and right also with
voussoirs and keystones. First floor has pilasters to right and left and 2 similar
16-pane sashes with Gothic margin glazing, second floor also 2 similar sashes. Deep
bracketed eaves. The first and second floors are rendered.
