Formerly farmhouse now house: dated 1687 with C20 alterations and
brick range to rear. Brick-nogged timber framing on stone plinth.
Green slate roof. 2 brick gable stacks. 1½-storey, 3-bay front of 8
by 3 timber small frames, with angle bracing of the wall plate. Door
at left end has date above. Central bay has 5-light wood-mullioned
windows with rectangular leaded glazing, the upper one in a
barge-boarded gabled half dormer, with coving above window and
decorative small panelling in gable. To right is a C20 copy of a
similar 5-light window. Left gable has roof truss of tiebeam and
collar.
Interior: 2-rooms internally. Remains of oak baffle behind door,
weakly ovolo-moulded ceiling beams in main room, chamfered in other
room. 4-board door with a wooden handle and latch.
