Formerly known as Little Patch.
Cottage: C17 with C20 major extensions to sides and rear. Ashlar
red sandstone with extensions in brick. Kerridge stone-slate roof,
stone ridge and 1 brick chimney. Originally gable-entry 2-roomed
cottage. Gable on road front has 3-light chamfered stone mullioned
windows with lattice-leaded glazing on both storeys.
Interior: Ovolo-moulded ceiling beam and exposed joists in main room.
