Cottage. Mid C17. Dressed sandstone; mid C20 concrete tiled roof;
2 brick stacks. 2 storeys. Cross-passage dwelling. 2 bays. 2 mid
C20 casement windows in slightly enlarged openings to each floor,
still retaining parts of original stone surrounds. Central chamfered
doorway. Small mid C20 fixed-light window to RHS of doorway.
Painted stone sills.
Included partly for group value with Nos. 52 and 54 Belmangate.
