House. Probably C18, with later alterations. Painted stone rubble, partly slate-
hung. Hipped asbestos slate roof, with gable end to right; gable end stack to right
with brick shaft.
Plan: One-room plan, the room heated from the gable end stack to right; there was
formerly a central entrance at the front, which has been blocked; the entrance is now
at the rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys and 2 windows, the upper level slate-hung. At first floor there
are two C19 4-pane sashes. Ground floor has single light to left and 2 similar 4-
pane sashes to right, the central window formerly a door. Left side has a C20
casement, also formerly a door. C20 casement at first floor to rear, and door.
Interior: Not inspected.
