House. Circa early--mid C19, with C20 alterations. Painted slatestone rubble.
Slate roof with gable ends, probably formerly has a stack to rear.
Plan: 2-room plan, with one room to front and one to rear, heated from a central
stack with back to back fireplaces. Entrance to left through an open-ended
passageway.
Exterior: 3 storeys, asymmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor has open-ended
passage to left and C19 16-pane sash to right with brick segmental arches. First
floor has 12-pane sash to left and 16-pane sash to right with brick segmental arches
; small single light to right. Second floor has two 9-pane sashes. At the left
side, inside the passage, a C20 door and single light to the front room, C20 door to
rear room.
Interior: Much altered in C20.
