House, formerly with shop. Early - mid C19, with later alterations. Rendered stone
rubble. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends and gable end stacks.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance. In circa mid C19 a canted bay was added to
front left and a canted shop window to front right.
Exterior: 3 storeys, symmetrical front. Ground floor has central panelled and glazed
door with fascia and cornice continuous over to shop window to right ; late C19
canted shop window with slender colonnettes as glazing bars, 4-panes to front with
sidelights, segmental arched toplights. Blocked door to right, formerly to the shop,
with segmental arched toplight. Canted bay to left with cornice, 4-pane sash to
front and plate-glass sashes to sides. First and second floors have 4-pane sash to
right and left. Right side has 2-light casement at ground floor.
Interior: Not inspected.
