House and adjoining smithy, now used as store. Circa early C19. Rubble stone.
House with brick segmental arches to openings and slate roof with brick stacks in
the gable ends. 2 rooms with cross passage. 2 storeys, symmetrical, 3 window
front. Ground floor with tripartite sash with glazing bars and 16-pane sash
flanking central timber door. First floor with three 16-pane sashes without horns.
Adjoining on right-hand gable end, smithy now used as story. Single storey
with plastic corrugated lean-to roof replacing slate gable-ended roof. Large
opening on left-hand side with 2 square openings on right with timber shutters.
Brick stack to rear.
Interior of smithy with 2 large fireplaces. Interior of house not inspected.
