SX 15 SW LANTEGLOS-BY-FOWEY PONT

8/89 Warehouse and boathouse to south-
- east of Pont Creek House

GV II

Warehouse and boat house now used as garage and store. Circa early C19.
Rubble stone with slate roof with gabled ends. Rectangular plan. Situated on edge
of quay.
2 storeys. Almost symmetrical front to creek. Ground floor with wide central
opening with planked double doors and timber lintels and with small window opening
either side, with wooden bars, right-hand with timber lintel and left-hand with
segmental brick arch. First floor loading doorway to right of centre with plank
door and 2 light boarded window openings either side.
Slate hung right-hand gable end with garage door inserted.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
