GV II

Farmhouse, circa 1840. Rubble stone with hipped slate roof with wide eaves
with rendered stacks in hipped ends. Double depth plan.
2 storeys, symmetrical 3 window front. Ground floor, two 20-pane sash windows
under rubbed stone arches flanking circa late C19 gabled glazed porch altered in
C20 with margin glazing on brick base. Panelled entrance door within. On first
floor, three small 16-pane sashes without horns under rubbed stone arches. All sash
boxes are set back but fully exposed. Including front garden area wall. Stone
rubble with gate piers to central gateway with reused dressed stone and caps.
