House circa 1830s with circa mid C18 parallel wing to rear comprising cottage.
Rubble stone with whitewashed slate hung south front. Hipped roof with hipped end
to rear projecting wing and gabled ends to rear cottage.
L-shaped plan with cottage at angle running parallel to main front.
2 storeys. South front, symmetrical 3 window front. Ground floor with two 24-
pane sashes without horns flanking glazed central door with doorcase with moulded
entablature and flanking pilasters. Intersecting glazing bars in fanlight above.
Single storey verandah continues across front on timber posts with glazed lean-to
roof.
First floor three 24-pane sashes without horns and crown glass.
Cottage of rubble stone with slate roof. Timber lintels to openings. Lateral
stack on north rear.
