House. Circa 1860. Slatestone rubble. Asbestos slate roof with ridge tiles and
gable end stacks; 1 room at lower roof level with slurried slate roof and gable end
stack to left.
Plan: Double depth plan, with central entrance and principal room to front left and
right; 1 bay set back to left, origianlly a 1-room plan cottage, heated by gable end
stack to left.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window range, all windows 16-pane sashes of C19,
except first floor central 8-pane sash. Central plain door. All openings with flat
brick arches. Attached to left at lower roof level, a 2-storey 1-room plan cottage,
with 12-pane sash with stone head at ground and first floor, with C20 door to right.
Single storey addition to right side with C20 casement, and further single storey
addition to end right of C20.
Interior: not inspected.
