Cottage. Circa late C18. Painted stone rubble with cement-washed rag slate roof
with gable ends. 2 roof lights. Single depth 2-room plan.
2 storeys, asymmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor with part glazed door to left
of centre beneath slate lean-to hood. 2 top hung small C20 windows to right. First
floor with 6-pane window, small rectangular window and C20 2-light casement with
glazing bars. 2 roof lights in front slope of roof. Rear 3-window elevation to
harbour with ground floor windows openings in blocked entrances. First floor with
casements.
Built on stone rubble walls of harbour (qv) with pier directly to north.
