SW 83 NE PHILLEIGH TREWORLAS

3/66 Building at 1 metre north of
- Treworlas House

GV II


Bakehouse, later used as wash-house. Early C19. Slatestone rubble walls, scantle
slate roof with brick chimney over one gable end. 1 room plan. 2 storeys. Original
12 pane, 2 light casement to ground floor of south west front. Entrance and small
window to gable end, right. Further entrance to first floor of rear left and 12 pane,
2 light casement, right. Boarded doors. Dove holes to gables.
Interior is little altered. Bread oven to left of main fireplace has separate flue.
Original pine roof structure with lapped and pegged collars.
