3/70 Pen Pol

Small house. Circa C17/C18. Painted slatestone rubble and cob walls. Wheat reed
thatched roof partly enclosing gable ends with brick chimney. 2 room plan. 2
storeys. Slightly irregular, 2 window west front. Nearly central doorway with top
glazed; 4 panel door. C20 open porch with domed thatch roof. C19, 2 light casements
with small panes. Lean-to, left.
Interior not inspected but said to be a little altered.
