House and adjoining cottage C18 extended C20. Slatestone rubble and cob walls partly
painted. Thatched roofs with gable ends, 1 axial and 2 gable brick chimneys. 2
rooms, central stair plan to house, 1 room plan to cottage plus rear wing with lower
eaves line and 1 room single storey extension to right. Otherwise 2 storeys. House,
left has symmetrical 3 window road front. Central doorway with C20 door. C19 2
light casements with 8 paned lights to ground floor and 6 paned lights to first
floor. Wooden lintels. Cottage, right has 1 window front. C20 windows to ground
floor left, formerly doorway and right. 12 pane, 2 light casement over.
Interior of house has open beam ceiling and original roof structure (feet of trusses
only visible).
