1905, design by Sir Reginald Blomfield. Former bank. Of red brick, with three-storeys and attics. Five window range, double hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. The ground floor windows have brick rustications, upper storey windows are divided by brick pilasters having stone Ionic capitals supporting bold consoles which carry an eaves cornice. Two doorways with stone cases, one round-arched with rustications and an open pediment, the other a stone architrave with keystone and a pediment. Roof slate; with five dormers alternate semi-circular and triangular pediments.
