Small house. Circa mid C19. Coursed killas with granite dressings. Asbestos slate
roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends.
Plan: Probably double-depth plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking a central
entrance hall leading to stair hall between shallow rear service rooms. Small C20
extension on the right.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front with central doorway. Original
door and window in openings. Spanned by segmental brick arches. Panelled door with
tall panels; 12-pane hornless sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
