5/46 Elm Cottage

Small house. Probably C18. Painted rubble walls with timber lintels over the
openings. Asbestos slate roof with brick chimney over left-hand gable end and shared
brick chimney over rubble stack to party gable on the right.
Plan: Probably a double-depth plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking an entrance
lobby or cross passage.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2-window front with doorway left of middle.
C20 door. Circa late C19 6-pane horned sashes.
Interior not inspected.
